Analytics platform hosting

Customer needs to host an internal analytics platform: 4 vCPUs with 16 GB RAM, 500 GB of block storage for the data mart, one managed PostgreSQL instance, and 300 GB of backups. They also want a provisioning engineer for setup. Month budget: RM5,000.

Customer-facing web app

Small customer web application: 2 vCPUs with 4 GB RAM, 64 GB block storage, 20 GB object storage for media, and one managed MySQL instance with a DNS zone and 24×7 support. One-month trial budget of RM6,000.

Regional data platform (12 months)

Year-long engagement: 16 vCPUs with 64 GB RAM, 800 GB block storage, two managed PostgreSQL instances, 400 GB of backups plus a professional-services engineer for provisioning. The customer can only commit RM20,000 for the 12-month term — intentionally over budget so the UI can demonstrate the shortfall treatment.
